Check-in is any time from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Check-in is self-service — the building staff will let you in, so late arrivals are fine.
Our official check-in is at 1:00 PM because our previous guest checks out at 10:30 AM. We use that window to deep clean, reset the space and fix anything that needs fixing, so it is perfect when you walk in. That said, if everything settles down ahead of schedule we have absolutely no problem giving you early access — we will try our best and keep you posted. 🌼
Standard check-out is 10:30 AM because the next guest checks in at 1:00 PM, and we keep that 2.5-hour window to thoroughly clean and sanitise the studio. If there is no back-to-back booking, or the next guest is arriving later in the evening, we are happy to extend your time a little. We will check the schedule closer to your departure date and let you know what is possible. 😊
₹1,499 per night from Monday to Thursday, ₹1,799 per night on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and ₹1,399 per night for stays of 7 nights or more. An extra mattress is ₹500 per night, and there is a refundable ₹500 security deposit. Pick your dates above and the calculator will show your total.
30% of the total booking amount is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the official check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
The studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults plus 1 infant under 1 year, on a double bed and a two-seater sofa. A third guest can be accommodated on an extra mattress for ₹500 per night if arranged in advance. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

No smoking inside the studio, no pets, and quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM so everyone in the building rests well. Please lock the doors and windows when you head out and leave the studio as you found it — damage or missing inventory is deducted from the security deposit.
